The Day begins with a 6am Workshop on GENTLE cleansing practices, yoga & breathing exercises.
Learn how to improve the function of your digestive system, which begins in your mouth, use a tongue scraper or tooth brush to clean any tongue coating. Then improve the health of your gums with a gentle massage using coconut oil or sesame oil with a couple of drops of specific essential oils.
Tongue yoga or exercises that encourage the flow of saliva & peristalsis, release tension in your jaw and even make you laugh.
Then brush your teeth and practice oil pulling. Place a dessertspoon of your oil blend in your mouth and swish around for about 20 minutes...while you make your bed and set up your
yoga space.
Rinse your mouth then join me for specific yoga asana and breathing exercise for digestion
The 30 minute yoga & breathing for digestion class begins with a honey face cleanse which is an amazing natural beauty product that softens & tones your skin as well as being antibacterial.
I’ll teach you how to skin brush or use your fingers to improve the circulatory & lymphatic system.
Hop in the shower afterwards.
Have a cup of lemon tea and breakfast of fresh fruit . Sit outside if possible.
No work, relax...
Until our next Gentle Hatha Yoga Class - for digestion & core strength at 9 - 10 am
When you pay & register for the day. You will receive a list of ingredients & herbs to buy for your cleanse. I have kept it short and simple and chosen a lentil meal recommended for detoxing which will be for lunch & dinner. You will cook at least 4 servings and it freezes well. The meal is Vegetarian, vegans or diary free use coconut oil instead of butter/ghee. A natural whole food diet.
11.30 am - join me in my kitchen to cook our meal together and talk about diet. It takes about 30 minutes to cook.
No work, relax, drink herbal teas specific for improving digestion & detoxing and enjoy lunch.
2 - 3 pm - A lovely restorative yoga class with a face massage to ease stress and tension. Grab cushions & blankets, fling your arms wide...put your feet up...this is a special class.
Make the most of your day, sit in the garden, go for a gentle walk, visit the beach, don’t work!
EAT your evening meal early about 6 pm
Meet me on Zoom for our last class at 7.30 - 8 pm
Yoga Nidra a laying down relaxation & meditation class.
Have a final Herbal Tea sitting outside watching the stars & an early night.
